The voltage regulator is responsible for regulating the the voltage to the battery.
This keeps the battery at the proper charge, and the rectifier converts the AC current from the alternator to DC current needed to charge the battery.
This regulator / rectifier fits most Chinese made 2-stroke and 4-stroke scooters, ATV, Choppers, and Dirt Bikes.

chains sold by the foot.
