- Refund & Exchange Policy -

All of our apparel and products that we stock are brand new, not used or second hand goods. We offer refunds and exchanges, but we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your package and a clear reason as to why you would like to exchange or receive a refund. Health regulations stipulate we CANNOT accept returns or give refunds on clothing that has been worn, laundered, customized (embroidered), or is in any other condition then what we have shipped out.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges. The buyer MUST pay for all shipping charges. If a mistake is made on our part, whereas we shipped the wrong size or incorrect color, we as the seller will take care of all extra charges. We want to try our best to make sure our customers never have to ship back a product because the size doesn't fit. Please always feel free to contact us at anytime with any questions, comments, or concerns that you may have.

- Terms & Agreements -

If you need an item by a specific date, please make sure to contact us BEFORE purchasing. This way we can let you know for sure if we will be able to meet your deadline. We CANNOT be held responsible for a package that is not delivered on time if we had no knowledge of your deadline prior to purchase. Also, we CANNOT be held responsible for postal errors or late deliveries. Once the package has been shipped out on our end and in the post office's hands, it's their responsibility to make sure your package reaches you by your due date.

Since we also do business here locally in town, their could be a very small percent chance that a specific item's size or color may be out of stock. We do out best to maintain a close eye on our inventory so that this does not happen. However, if in fact this does happen, we will do our best to resolve the situation quickly and make sure our customer is 100% happy with the outcome. Normally, if an item of ours is out of stock, it takes about 1-2 weeks to produce before it is available again.
