Please Note: Due to the change in the FedEx and UPS shipping policy shipper is not liable for the merchandise in the case of loss where signature service is not requested. If you wish to protect your item against loss or damage in transit, an additional $3.00 is required for signature delivery. Signature delivery may be added by choosing optional insurance during checkout.


We will gladly accept returns for items that are DOA (dead on arrival) or significantly not as described. Unless described otherwise in the listing, all other sales are final. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) that must be written on the outside of the shipping box. Item must be returned within 30 days of your original purchase date and must include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and accessories. Returns not meeting the above requirements will be refused and returned to the sender. If a returned item is found not to be defective, it will be considered an unwanted item and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Buyer is responsible for return postage in all instances.
