Invoicing:  E-bay automatically sends out invoices when an item is purchased or won by auction.   If you require an invoice, please contact us prior to payment and we will send you an invoice.   If you make multiple purchases, once bidding is complete, please request a combined shipping invoice directly from us before making any payments.  Failure to contact us or request a combined invoice will forfeit your option for combined shipping, and you must pay shipping on each individual item.

For eBay auction listings (excluding eBay Motors):  We accept Paypal and all major credit cards via telephone to (843) 215-5508 during our business hours. We also welcome local pickup of our items and payment can be made at our store. There is a $2.00 local pickup fee and for in-state buyers local sales tax applies.

For eBay Motors listings: We accept bank transfers and certified checks only.

Please use the eBay checkout button at the top of the auction once the auction has ended. Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction.

Items not paid for in full within the 7 day period will be relisted and the bidder will be reported to eBay as a non-paying bidder. If you have any questions about your auction winnings, please feel free to call us during our business hours at the number above.

Shipping for this auction is determined by eBay's shipping calculator at the bottom of the page. Your order is professionally packed and shipped FAST via our ASO certified shipping department via FedEx or DHL.  All the major carriers round up to the nearest pound when determining rates for shipping. For items weighing at least 13 oz and/or over $100 in value we must ship by FedEx - NO EXCEPTIONS. For items weighing less than 13 oz AND valued at less than $100 we can ship USPS first class mail however this option must be requested BEFORE making a payment. With USPS there is no delivery guarantee or ability to trace a package once in transit. 

ShipOnSite takes great care in packing and shipping our items to ensure safe delivery to you. We may charge a small handling fee to cover our costs of materials and labor.  Handling is nonrefundable.  We may elect to offer Free Shipping with some of our auctions.   Our Free Shipping offers are for domestic shipments only and do not apply to international shipments (International Bidders: Please see our international policy).

For items that sell for over $250.00 we require signature confirmation.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Residents, please ask for a shipping quote before bidding on any item.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Please do not bid on any of our auctions until you have requested a shipping quote and have received a response.  Please provide your country, city and postal code with your S&H request.   All items $30.00 and over won by international bidders, will be shipped FedEx or DHL - NO EXCEPTIONS!  All items under $30.00 won by an international bidder can be shipped via USPS Air Mail or Priority International.  We will not ship items Parcel Post.

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

LOCAL PICKUP: We welcome local pickup on any item.  All local pickups are charged 8% SC sales tax. Local Pickups also incur a $2.00 local pickup fee. Some of our larger Items that are defined as "Local Pickup", are held with our consignor's off site, generally at their homes. Once payment is received, we will put you in contact with our consignor to arrange the pickup.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES: We do combine shipping for multiple purchases made within a 7 day period. Please notify us before payment of any item if you plan to bid on any of our other auctions. E-bay automatically sends out invoices which DO NOT reflect combined shipping charges. FREIGHT DELIVERIES:  From time-to-time, we may list items too large for regular Ground or Express delivery.   We usually list these items as local pickup only.    We will need the following information to provide you with a freight quote:  your city & state, your postal code, indicate residential or commerical delivery, indicate if a lift gate is needed at the delivery location.  Our freight quotes also include the cost to crate or palletize the item for shipment.

MOTOR PURCHASES: Original tags will be returned to the seller at the time of transfer. For out-of-state buyers, transit tags must be purchased before the vehicle can be driven in SC. The tags are $20.00 and can be obtained from any SC DMV location. For in-state buyers, temporary tags can be purchased for $5.00. For more information please contact your local DMV.
