Procedures
After you win an auction listing or have clicked the Buy It Now button
you can see the Pay Now button in the following locations:

behalf of the seller.

Payment
is requested within 3 days of auction closing.
All
bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
Limited
Lifetime Warranty
Your
Yukon Advanced Optics product is warranted free of defects in materials and
workmanship for lifetime after the date of purchase. In the event of a
defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the
product, provided you return the product. This warranty does not cover damages
caused by misuse or improper handling. This limited lifetime warranty does not
cover the image intensifier tube found in most night vision devices. The image
intensifier tube is covered under a limited three-year warranty. Also, this
warranty is null and void if installation or maintenance is provided by someone
other than a Yukon Advanced Optics authorized service department.
Any
product returned under this warranty should be sent to the following address,
packaged in a sturdy, outside-shipping carton, to prevent damage in transit,
with return postage prepaid to the address listed below; in addition, it must be
accompanied by the following items:
- Letter
explaining the unit's problem
- Copy
of the original receipt showing when and where the product was purchased
- Return
Shipping Information including return address and contact person

This
warranty is non-transferable and is only valid if the product is registered 30
days after the product has been purchased. You can register your
Yukon
product either online or by mailing in the registration card.
If online registration is not an option, please fill out the enclosed
registration card and return it to the above address. You will recieve a Limited
Lifetime warranty. Thank you.
Refunds
& Returns
iTargetMarketing
guarantees that you will be satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from
your purchase date to decide whether you like it or not, and if you are
unsatisfied, you may return it. We will exchange item or refund your money less
postage and 15% relist fee .
It's our responsibility to ensure that your purchase process is safe and
hassle-free. We will alleviate your concerns so that you can focus on the
excitement of your new purchase.
Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, or altered or damaged in any way
cannot be accepted for return. Items will only be accepted if they are returned
with all of the original packaging materials, as specified below and negative
feedback is not given to us.
1. You will need package in a outside-shipping carton, to prevent damage in
transit.
2. Place it inside a shipping
box, and cover the box with mailing tape.
3. Ship the item by
mail, fully insured for the value of the item. You are responsible for all insurance and shipping
cost.
4. Email
us before shipping. We will notify you once we've received and processed your returned
item.
5. Any
unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to
sender.

Shipping
Orders will ship Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Central time.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground within the 48 contiguous
states and via USPS to Alaska, Hawaii. We ship Internationally
by USPS Global Priority Mail.

Delivery
We
ship items within USA and Internationally. Once payment has been received, most items ship
for 24 business hours. Delivery period within US 1-5 business days, Canada 5-7 business
days,
Europe and UK 5-7 business day and Australia 7-10 business days.
International shipping: if shipped by United States Postal Service -
tracking number may not be available. Customer will see where Postal
Service received package from the sender, but may not see where the product
is located while in transit (the way UPS or FedEx does it)
Feedback
Policy
We
have adopted a feedback policy that seems to work for both us and our customers.
On a regular basis, we go through our feedback file and submit feedback for all
of those who have filed feedback on us. This policy ensures that everyone gets
proper recognition and makes the process a bit smoother for both parties. If you
are satisfied with your transaction with us, please leave your comment on our
file and we will be sure to reciprocate when we do our updates. Before posting
negative feedback please contact us so we can work it out. If negative OR
neutral feedback is posted before you contact us to resolve the matter, then all
refunds are VOID and the sale is considered FINAL. We are willing to work things
out before neg or neutral feedback is posted.

are sent from addresses that you specify. The process for blocking unwanted
email varies depending on what type of browser or email program you have. In
most cases, you'll need the sender's email address. For more information about
how to set filters, consult your email program's Help files or contact your
email provider.

customers, please NOTE:
due to US Customs Regulations, we cannot mark packages as gifts.
We do sympathize that you have to pay taxes and/or duties on your purchases.
Please do not ask us to mark your customs form as a "gift" or to
"place a lower value on your package". This is a federal offense,
which means it is against the law.
