Payment

PayPal, Money Order, Cashiers Check. Paypal is prefered.

If you want to pay with a money order please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email. If you send a money order payment please include the item number.

Refunds & Returns

All items are described to the best of our ability. All items are sold as described in auction, please read all details in auction.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. COST OF SENDING THE ITEM BACK TO US IS NOT REFUNDABLE EITHER.

However if a return is necessary due to the item not being as described or defective we will gladly replace or repair the item and will send it back to you with no extra cost. We must be contacted within 5 days of the items receipt.  Items must be in original packaging and in their original condition!

If we accept to issue a refund for any reason that it’s not warranty related a  re-stocking fee of 10%  will be applied for all refunds and also remember that shipping and handling fees are not refundable in any case.

Shipping

For items paid with Paypal we only ship to Paypal confirmed address. No exceptions. Published shipping costs require a physical address within the 48 contiguous states . If you need your item sent to a P.O. box or somewhere else you must ask for the extra cost involved if applicable BEFORE bidding.

Delivery We usually ship the items within 48 hrs or two business days after the payment has been received and a tracking/delivery confirmation number is provided. We Ship daily Monday Through Friday except holidays.
Warranty

We guarantee that the items will be as described and non DOA (dead on arrival). Usually we give a 5 days warranty on our items unless stated otherwise in the listing. Our warranty covers repair or replacement only. No returns accepted for non defective items. The cost of sending the item back to us must be paid by the buyer. S&H costs are not refundable
