Backorders and Discontinued
Products: In rare
instances, we may have an item that is on
backorder or has been suddenly discontinued
by the manufacturer. In the case of
backorders, you will be notified of the
backorder date and given the option to wait
for the backorder or cancel your order and
receive a full refund. In the case of sudden
discontinued items, we will do all possible
to find a replacement product for your
consideration or we will issue a full
refund.

Manufacturer's Warranty
We sell only
first quality products! Never seconds! No Mixed Dye Lots! All of our
wallpaper products are guaranteed and backed by the full
manufacturer's warranty.
Returns
If you wish to
return a portion of your order, or even the entire order, please
contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product to set up an
authorized return. Only uncut, unopened products, in their original
factory packaging, are returnable. In this situation, a 30% restocking
fee will be deducted from your purchase price and a refund will be
issued to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges and restocking fees for returned merchandise are the
responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges of eligible unopened products returned
within 30 days of receipt. In order to qualify for an exchange
you must email us with the item(s) you would like to exchange
for so that we can immediately put the item(s) on hold. Upon
approval, you will be provided with an Exchange Authorization
number, return address, and an invoice for any additional amount
that may be due. A merchandise credit minus a 20% processing fee will be
allowed towards
exchanges and any credit that is due will be issued back to the
original method of payment.
Shipping
charges and processing fees for exchanged merchandise are the
responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Upon receiving
your order, immediately inspect and examine your entire order
before beginning your project. In the unlikely event you receive
damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of
