Condition: I sell only authentic name brand shoes from high end department stores of fine footwear. We carefully inspect and grade our items into the categories below.

• New: In Box - Brand new condition in original box.
• New: Without Box - New condition without box. These shoes are carefully packed and shipped in our own boxes.
• New / Display - New shoes that were floor samples, displays, or try-ons. They might have very minor creases, or scuffs. 
• Gently Used - Shoes may be returns and/or show minor signs of wear. These shoes are still in good condition.
• Used - Shoes may be returns and/or show signs of wear. These shoes are still in good condition on the upper portion of the shoe, bottom may have heavy wear.

Within the U.S., item(s) will ship via USPS Priority Mail with free delivery confirmation (delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number, but it will confirm delivery). A signature confirmation and insurance is required on purchases of $250 or more.

If an item is light enough to ship first class, it is always noted as an option of shipment. All items are weighed prior to listing.

Insurance is optional for items under $250. I cannot be responsible for items after I ship them ; Internationally, item(s) will ship via International Priority Mail (which is insurable and trackable).  We prefer not to ship First Class International for it is not trackable.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.”

I am happy to combine shipping for auctions that are won within a six day period and are paid for with ONE combined payment. Combined shipping is based on total weight, this will offer you the best least expensive rate possible.

There is a $1.00 handling fee charged on all items shipped within the US.  $2.00 handling fee for items shipped Internationally.

Full refund of the original purchase price will be given if the item was seriously misrepresented in the listing. Full refund will also be given if there is an authenticity issue, which will never happen!

If you simply want to return the item due to a change of heart you may do so.  The item must be in the same condition it was sent to you.  The refund will be your purchase price, less Shipping and $3.00 (to cover intial ebay fees for listing).
