We reply to ALL mails within 1 business day, so if it has been long since you wrote to us and did not receive a reply, then it only means that your mail server is treating our mails as spam and deleting it or putting it into your "junk mail" folder. Please check your "junk mail" folder or please email us AGAIN from a DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS.

SHIPPING:

"TRISTAR" ships ALL items by express air courier shipping from it's warehouse in India. No extra surcharge is payable for our standard SUPERFAST deliveries. If you are buying from the U.S.A., all packages will be delivered by DHL usually within 5 business days from the date of the order. If you are in another country, delivery may take a day or two extra depending on the length of customs formalities in your country and may be by an alternate courier.

Due to our efficient automated systems which work round the clock, "TRISTAR" offers among the best turnaround times in the industry (quickest payment to delivery times) and at most times, we can deliver quicker than if you bought from the same country.

"TRISTAR" DOES NOT overcharge on shipping. All shipping prices quoted are on actuals. You can verify the express air courier shipping costs all the way to India from any courier in your country, and you will get quotes of probably HIGHER than what we charge. We try to keep item prices as low as possible so that the effective landed price of the instrument to you is far lower than what you would pay at any music store.

Item prices are brought down by various methods including export subsidies, discounting from company promotional budgets and so on to give our customers the best possible deal without compromising on quality.

WARRANTY:

Please note that this item cannot be returned as it is being shipped from India. However we guarantee to replace any items if found defective! That's the TRISTAR guarantee!

PAYMENT TERMS:

You can make payments by PayPal,  wire transfer to our bank account in Europe or the U.S.A. or by an international or postal money order/cashiers check payable in the U.S.A. in U.S. Dollars.

PLEASE include your telephone number with your payment, as this may be required by the courier to arrange delivery.

All payments should be made within 3 business days from the date of close of auction, else we shall file an unpaid item strike on your eBay account, which may lead to your eBay account suspension. We urge you not to bid if you do not intend to pay. If you require more time to make payment, please email and inform us and we shall try to accommodate your request.

IMPORT DUTIES:

Please note that you may be required to pay VAT / Custom Duties as this item is shipped from our warehouse in India. Some packages may be delivered without such charges, but if the customs in your country inspects your package and charges VAT / Duties (usually between 15-25% of item value) these charges would be to your account.

There are no import duties if the delivery address is in the U.S.A.

MULTIPLE ITEMS / RESELLER INFORMATION:

If you wish to buy multiple items, or if you are a reseller, we do offer discounts on combined shipping if you buy multiple items from our eBay store. Please contact us for the same.
