We guarantee that all of the items are new and come directly from our retail store. If you have any questions about your order please email us. All orders will be sent out within three business days upon payment confirmation. Please note we only ship on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
Payment Policy:

Payment must be made within 5 days of auction closing.
Iowa Residents must add 5.0% Sales Tax.
Return Policy:
All plush items which include Webkinz & Kookeys are not returnable under any circumstances, due to health concerns.
All other items: If you aren't completely satisfied with any of your purchases (excluding plush items), you may return them to us in original packaging and condition within 15 days of receipt of purchase for an exchange or refund. You must obtain a return authorization (RA) number by calling 319-362-2223.
We ship through UPS and USPS for all orders within the contiguous United States. We will ship USPS Priority Mail International to international locations. |
