Shipping
All items are dispatched from our North America (U.S.) based warehouse. Once payment is received then your goods will be shipped within 1-2 business days. It takes 4-10 business days to receive the item purchased. Please keep in mind that you may experience some shipping delays, although rare it may occur, if this happens the delivery of your item should not take more then 15 business days. We ship to Canada and Europe. Please allow 2-4 weeks for all international deliveries. Please exclude weekends and holidays on all shipping. Warranty / Returns
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all items. Simply return the item
to us within 14 days of purchase and a full refund will be provided. We
do not like to see our customers unhappy, so we offer a full refund including
shipping & handling and insurance cost. We only ask that you pay the return
postage. We are not to be held liable for return postage! When returning
an item, please include the eBay item#, your email address, and the address
you wish your replacement or refund to go.
