Payments for auctions must be received NO LATER than 7 business days after end of auction.
If we do not receive payment within 7 business days, then we reserve the right to cancel the auction.

Save on shipping charges

You are welcome to schedule a pick-up for this item at our Naperville, IL location and save on shipping!

Payment must be received before a pick-up can be scheduled unless you are paying cash at the time of pick-up. Personal checks will not be accepted. When applicable, it is your responsibility to have the appropriate equipment necessary to secure the item to your vehicle.

Important Information

ALL ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING IT (except those explicitly sold or described as "AS IS", "NOT WORKING", "SPARE PARTS", "UNTESTED", or in any way that indicates we do not have the means or knowledge to test the item).

We will not issue refunds for uninsured items that have been damaged during shipping and it is recommended that you insure your package for the full amount of purchase.

Our shipping and handling rates are based on the amount of actual shipping PLUS the fact that that we use new packing material (though we may use used boxes to ship with) and we employ people to pack your product.

Since we are a company and not an individual selling out of their home, all of our shipping & handling rates include a charge for us to recover the cost of packing and shipping your product.

Sending us an email after the auction has ended because you think our shipping prices are too high will not result in a lower shipping amount for you.

If there is any problem with your purchase, please give us a chance to resolve it before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Most times a simple misunderstanding is all there is.

Payment Methods
We will accept PayPal, Money Orders, Cashiers Check, or Business Checks. Payment MUST be received no later than 7 business days after end of auction. Item(s) will be shipped when funds are cleared.

Illinois residents MUST include 6.75% sales tax

A $2.00 handling fee will be applied to all Local Pick-ups.

Shipping Prices Will Differ Depending On Zip Code in the U.S.
The calculator works for all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charges for oversized packages or packages destined to Alaska or Hawaii will be determined at the end of auction.

Shipping & Tracking info will be sent to you by email from DHL or the US Post Office, which ever applies.

If you are bidding on multiple items, please pay when all of the respective auctions have ended.

Combined Orders
We will be happy to combine multiple auctions and shipping charges. Please advise us if you are purchasing multiple items, the E-Bay item numbers, and when we can send final shipping charges.

Please Note
Our offices are closed on weekends and holidays. Checkouts on Friday will be processed on Monday.

We do not ship on the following Holidays:

New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
Memorial Day
July 4th
Labor Day
Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
