GUARANTEE - This is a new item. Therefore any and all guarantees or warranties on this product must be directed to the manufacturer after purchase and delivery. Refunds on this product will only be issued with an insurance claim with the shipper for the reason of lost or damaged during the shipping process..
FREE SHIPPING - Free shipping is ONLY available in the USA and ONLY if you use the BUY IT NOW option. THIS INCUDES Alaska, Hawaii and PR as they are part of the USA. If the BUY IT NOW option is no longer available due to a bid being made on the item then the posted shipping rates shall apply. Shipping insurance is NOT included in the free shipping offer. If you want shipping insurance then please select the optional $2.05 shipping insurance when making payment. SHIPPING - We do combine multiple orders to save you money on shipping on all of our sales when applicable. We Ship via USPS. USPS Tracking # will be emailed to you automatically via PAYPAL so please watch for the email. Orders are shipped the day following payment except on weekend. Payments received after 3:00 PM on Fridays will typically ship on Monday.

CANADIAN & UK ORDERS - PAYMENT FOR CANADIAN & UK ORDERS MUST BE PAYPAL. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you send a Canadian money order it will be returned to you un-cashed and a bad feedback might result! Canadian orders MUST pay $18.00 for shipping no matter what and UK orders MUST pay $25.00 for shipping no matter what. *CANADIAN & UK ORDERS also purchasing the QRC special offer will require $5.00 in additional shipping charges no matter what.

If you are from any other country and you bid on, or win this auction without prior approval you will be left a bad feedback. If we do approve a sale to any country other then the USA or CANADA then payment MUST BE made via PAYPAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PAYMENTS ON ORDERS OVER $200.00 - THIS IS FOR BIDDERS WITH UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY. If your purchase or purchases exceed $200.00 and you pay via paypal with an unconfirmed address we may require you to sign an authorization form that stipulates your purchase, the price and the address you request the merchandise to be shipped to. This form is ONLY available AFTER you win the auction. We will email it to you and you will need to fax it back prior to us accepting your payment and shipping of your product.
