Payment Information

Payment is required within 7 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept the following payment methods:

Australian Buyers:  Direct Deposit (preferred), Money Order, Bank Cheque or Paypal (over $20.00 only)   International Buyers:  Paypal only

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are kept as low as possible, only charging you for the cost of postage and packing materials. 

We use Australia Post to ship our goods.  We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.  Registered post is available for an additional cost which includes insurance up to $100.

We understand when you win an auction you want your goods fast.  Therefore, we guarantee to ship your goods in 1-2 days of receiving your payment.  We will advise you by email when your goods have been sent.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available for an additional $2.50.  Please advise at the end of the auction if you would like this service.

Returns Policy

Returns may be accepted within 14 days by prior arrangement only.  In the unlikely event that an item is faulty it may be returned at our expense and we will organise a replacement or refund.  Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.
