 Smokejumper/Rigger belt- Foliage Green with Black  buckle

These are the sometimes illusive and hard to find Smokejumper belt, worn by smokejumper, hotshots, helitack and engine crews. These are almost a must for any wildland firefighter if you are digging line, jumping fires in Alaska or working an urban interface assignment. The belt works well in Forest Service pants, urban interface pants, or in your cargo pants around town.

The belt is 50"(127cm) long and 1 3/4" , so one size fits most, just cut off what you don't need with a heated knife. The belt is made up of a single layer of resin treated mil-spec parachute harness webbing which is rated to 6000lbs and the buckle is rated to 2500lbs, so you can rest assured it can hold your pants up without a slip. Each belt is sewn with either a 3 inch argyle stitch or a 3 inch Box "X" stitch sewn with #69 nylon bonded thread.

The 50" (127cm) belt will generally fit a 40" (102cm)waist, if you need larger please email me and I can put together whatever you need.

 Even though these are sewn professionally with top quality materials, they are not intended for life safety applications, so please no rappelling.
