Defective returns are elegible for return within 3 days from TrustyStore invoice date. After 3 days, all products must be referred to the manufacturer for Authorized Warranty Repair or Exchange.
A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained from us prior to the return of any merchandise. Please contact us and request for the RA Form
Freight on Merchandise being returned to TrustyStore is to be prepaid by you.
TrustyStore will only accept products purchased from its own inventory.
Defective Merchandise including original freight services will be credited upon receipt of merchandise at TrustyStore.
All non defective returned merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box, inside and outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts to be eligible for credit. Items showing installer or consumer abuse will not be accepted.
Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the price paid on invoice less than 15% restocking fee.
Most TV's/Monitors 27" or larger and projection products require in-field service repairs under manufacturer warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropiate manufacturer for warranty repair service. TrustyStore will assist you to handle the full warranty process.
