One of our most recent questions regarding this camera: "The package says PS2 on it but it works for the PS3?".  Yes that is correct, this will work on all PS3 consoles, we have personally tested this on a PS3 to confirm that indeed yes this will work with ALL Sony PS3 systems guaranteed!

The Sony eye toy Camera is a high resolution USB digital audio/video camera. With 640 X 480 resolution and support for up to 30 frames per second, the Sony eye toy captures flicker-free still images and records seamless video clips. As a fully contained unit, no video capture card or additional hardware is necessary. The unit simply attaches via a standard USB type A connector to a PC or downstream USB hub.
