NEW in Package - However package plastic is ripped.  Costume has not been affected in any way.

PLEASE NOTE - Sizing on package shows for ages 1 - 2 years.  Then states US Sizing 2 - 4.  I have chosen to list this as a 1 - 2 year old sizing and this would be comparable to an 18 - 24 month US sizing.  I feel the 2 - 4 sizing on the package is incorrect.
