A status of "Electronic Shipping Info Received" may show on USPS's website for
the shipment even up to the time it is delivered. Rest
assured that if I send you
shipping confirmation your item has been given to the
specified carrier that day
and before the last collection/pickup time.

USPS First Class shipments are typically delivered within 3 days. However transit times vary

please allow up to 6 days (starting the date after the item was shipped).

Shipping Disclaimer
Please keep in mind mail carriers are not perfect and although it is extremely
rare, they can make mistakes. I've sold many hundred on items on eBay and
once or twice USPS has lost an item temporarily.

General Shipping Information
You will receive a delivery confirmation number (USPS)
after I purchase the
shipping label. Usually this just indicates I purchased the label.
After your item
is in the possession of the carrier, I send an e-mail or eBay message to confirm
it
has been
shipped. Sometimes I will send an eBay message instead to confirm
it
will go
out the next day if you purchase when the post office is closed.
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address in PayPal. I do not require you to provide a confirmed address, but if you ask
to ship to an address other than what you listed in the PayPal transaction, I may
have to refund the payment and ask that you correct the address within PayPal.
Unfortunately, I only ship within the US. Please do not ask as I may not be able
to respond to messages asking for international shipping due to the large amount of
requests for this I have received in the past.
Invalid Addresses
Due to numerous instances of eBay users accidently having items shipped to previous/incorrect addresses I unfortunately must charge a fee for invalid addresses. If the carrier returns a shipment to me due to the recipient no longer living at the shipping address you provide, you will have the option of providing me a new address and paying to reship the item or you can be refunded the total minus the cost I paid to ship.
One instance of free shipping is free for my customers when they purchase an item from me. However, due to the costs involved I can't afford to ship free twice for the same item. Or if delivery fails due to you providing the wrong address and you decide you'd rather cancel the transaction the cost of the failed delivery won't be refunded.

I am typically available between 2PM-2AM EST. Messages sent through eBay during these times will often be responded to within an hour. While the majority of the time I'm near the
computer, I do make errands
and
meet with local buyers so sometimes responses
will be more delayed.
IIn order to provide even faster service I am often signed onto various instant messaging applications. Sometimes I will be in another room and if I do not hear the sound for a new message it might still take a couple minutes for me to respond. So, sorry if I do not respond right away. If there is a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible and before
leaving feedback if you have not already left any.
Returns may only be made if there is something wrong with you order. If you feel you have
received the wrong item or one that does not completely match the description you
must contact me within 3 days of delivery (includes the day item(s) are delivered). I do not accept returns if you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind. However, if you discover your mistake and are able to notify me before I ship the item, I will usually cancel the transaction and refund any payment you already made, if any.
I will give you the go ahead and instructions to return the
product. After
receiving the
item, it will be tested and as long as I can reproduce the
problem and all original
contents were returned,
I will
issue a refund for the total
purchase amount
plus an
additional "shipping credit" which should cover return shipping.
Items must be returned with UPS, FedEx, or USPS w/ delivery confirmation and packaged
appropriately. Please contact me if you would like advice on packaging a return.
Shipping Credits Based on Weight of Shipment
- Between 1-6 ounces: $3
- Between 7-13 ounces: $4
- Between 14-16 ounces: $6
- Over 1lb: Varies: Price it should cost you to ship.
Cost will be determined by the lowest cost service among UPS
Ground or
USPS (Parcel Post or
Priority) as calculated on their
websites from the zip where the product(s) was originally shipped to
zip code 22802. 30% more than this cost will be added to cover packaging as well
as any transportation and/or time spent returning the item(s).
Please allow up to 5 days
after we receive the return to
process refunds for
purchases
over $50. Thank you.
