9" tall x 12.75" wide x 13.25" deep. Wide enough to hold a 20 quart round or flat back bucket. Can be mounted on either a wall or stall door. Black PE coating.

    CONDITION OF ITEMS

    We describe our items to the best of our ability. Most items are new. If they are not, it will say so in the description. All of our auctions benefit the animals of Perfect Harmony Animal Rescue and Sanctuary. Items are either donated by our supporters or bought by rescue members through wholesale suppliers to help in our fundraising efforts.

    If you believe your item is not as described, please contact us. Happy customers are very important to us and we will work very hard to correct any mistakes.

    If your item is damaged, or if parts are missing, or if you receive the wrong color or wrong size or if you are unhappy for ANY reason, please contact us! Mistakes will be corrected free of charge.

    SHIPPING

    Most items ship within one week of receipt of cleared payment. However, sometimes we have no control over shipping and therefore shipping of your item might be delayed. Most items are drop shipped directly from the suppliers. Please contact us if your item does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time.

    Most of our items can and will be combined for shipping discounts. In fact, you normally only pay shipping for one item, unless there are added freight charges. The more you buy, the more you save on shipping costs. Your items may not arrive at the same time because we work with different suppliers. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and might take a little longer to arrive.

    EXCLUDES HEAVY ITEMS/FOB CHARGES. PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE. IF YOU PAY BEFORE RECEIVING AN INVOICE, WE MIGHT HAVE TO ASK FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES BEFORE WE CAN SHIP YOUR ITEM. 

    Due to too many shipping related problems, we now only ship within the US.

    OUT OF STOCK

    		 Every once in a while our suppliers will run out of items we have listed. If this happens, we will contact you to offer a full refund of your payment or choice of a similar item (if available) or you might be able to wait for your item to be available again.

    RETURNS

    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery to you. Items must be in original condition and show no signs of use. Please contact us for further instructions. Refunds are given as money back. Sorry we cannot refund shipping fees. If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us. There is a 20% restocking fee on all saddles. This also applies to saddle exchange for different size. Returned items that cannot be re-sold as *NEW* are also charged a 20% restocking fee.
