The items pictured in my Lego auctions are the exact Legos you will receive.  My auctions may not be fancy, but I know Legos very well and I strongly believe in honesty and good customer service.   Please check my feedback rating to be assured of this.  Unless noted, all my Lego auctions are for used 100% Legos. Shipping Policy

For all Lego auctions, I will be shipping via USPS.  The smaller lots will ship via First Class mail.  If several Lego auctions are won by a single bidder, I will consolidate and contact the winner bidder directly with a total amount due. If time is of the essence, please contact me and we can discuss faster methods and the related shipping costs

Payment Policy

Payments via Paypal can be sent to my id jsmith@bricknbrac.com.

Payment (or an email explaining a payment delay) is expected within 7 days after the auction closes.  If I have not heard from you within that time, I will assume you do not intend to pay.  Non-paying bidders will be reported and blocked from all my future auctions.  I am a very understanding person, so if there is going to be a delay in your payment, just email me so we can work it out.

Refund/Return Policy

All items are sold as is.  Exchanges, returns or refunds are normally not permitted for my auction items unless I have made an error in my listing.   I frequent estate sales, auctions, etc. and purchase many items.  I try to be as detailed as possible and include pictures when needed to describe the products I sell.  Please refer to pictures (when provided) and/or email me with any questions prior to bidding.
