Defective products must be returned in its' original packaging with all accessories, including owner's manual. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable in any situation. Return cost of any defective item is the sole responsibility of the customer. A 15% Restocking fee will applies to any non-defective returns. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of any credit applied to your account. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.
