Before returning an item, customers must request a Return Authorization Number (RMA-#). Any item sent without and RMA will be refused. Items will only be accepted if returned back in the condition they were received in: (include accessories and original packaging). Please do not return your item in the package in which it was received. The return must be sent back in a new box. The original S&H is non-refundable. Shipping costs back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
