Class "D" Digital Power Supply
Class "D" has several advantages over the conventional class A/B amps on the market.  The Technical Pro DA-B3000 is a class "D" amp with a fully digital power supply.  Class "D" is the most efficient type of power supply.  It does not use a conventional transformer which overheats easily.  The big advantage of this is that you can run the amp at a lower impedance and push the amp harder without the amp overheating or clipping out.  If you compare this amp to a class "A/B" amp which has similar power, then you will easily notice that this one is in a league of its own.  This amp will go way louder because it is more efficient.  You can plays this amp at full volume for days straight without overheating it!
