All merchandise is guaranteed with 30 DAYS from original date of purchase. If an item is defective, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be printed clearly on the outside of the package that is being returned in order for us to process your return request. We agree, at our discretion, to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period. To request an RMA number, please send an e-mail to Vicspecial1@yahoo.com . Defective products must be returned in its' original packaging with all accessories, including owner's manual. Defective product, missing accessories and/or original packaging will be repaired and/or replaced as received. Any return package that does not have an RMA number will be refused. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable in any situation. Return cost of any defective item is the sole responsibility of the customer. A 15% Restocking fee will applies to any non-defective returns. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of any credit applied to your account. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.



Most of our items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) mail or UPS. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO/AE, and U.S. Virgin Islands. An additional charge may be required, please contact us before making any purchase.
