All Returns for defective merchandise must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and will require a RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER. Be sure to request this number via email before shipping back. Any returns without this number will not be accepted. All returns must be sent UPS or USPS, PREPAID with Tracking. Replacements will be sent back Prepaid. A 15% Restocking Fee will apply to any non-defective merchandise. |
