THERASTONE SPA CLINIC STONE MASSAGE

This stone set is specifically designed for the mainly treatment-oriented therapist. Thus, allowing you to divide the stones into a minimum of 3 separate treatments.

Includes:

6 weight stones (4-5”)

All weight stones are used for larger muscle groups (i.e. hamstrings, gluteals, ITB, etc.)

18 Medium Main Working / Effleurage Stones (2-4")

Variety of medium stones that fit comfortably in the palm. They are used for most treatment applications for a general relaxation massage; and in treatment for medium size muscles (i.e. arms, shoulder, back, legs)

6 trigger point stones

(elongated with a point)

6 Face/ Neck/Shoulder Stones (1-2”)

Variety of small stones, used for smaller muscle groups and more specific work (i.e. forehead in facial treatments; and on sinuses for sinusitis treatments)

Basalt Lava in origin (not sedimentary or river stones)

All stones may be used for either hot or cold therapy

These stones are all natural and are naturally tumbled (i.e. ocean beds) and therefore
will have natural minor inclusions

All stones come untreated with oil. All stones must be washed before use (look grey in
color) and will become dark and shiny after oil application.

All stone sets include an instruction manual which describes the group of stones, a
review of hydrotherapy terms, contraindications, stone care and set -up, as well as a
basic full-body relaxation treatment, tips, cautions, etc.
