Before you bid on this item, please be sure that you know how to properly flash this drive with your original drive key. Replacing your DVD drive in your 360 is NOT A DIRECT SWAP. This means that if you simply place this new drive into your 360, it will not work. Because of the technicalities involved with flashing this drive, returns will not accepted. If you are not familiar with the process of flashing this drive, please seek the help of a professional for installation.
The Toshiba Samsung MS25 is arguably the easiest drive to flash, with many tutorials and resources readily available online. Because of its' versatility, it is sought after by many experienced modders. If you original drive is giving out, or you want to have a spare ready for the inevitable, this is the drive to get.

Shipping Insurance:
- U.S. insurance is optional at $2.50 for coverage up to $50.00
- Insurance for all international shipments is $4.00 for coverage up to $100

US Standard Delivery:
All shipments will be sent by USPS or FedEx at our discretion. Shipments will be process within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment. We do not process shipments on weekends and US holidays.
International Delivery:
All shipments will be sent by USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. We must declare the full value of the package on customs forms. Customs duties, taxes, and any other import fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. |

Our CC processing will only accept payments from cards that support the AVS (Address Verification Service) feature. We can only ship to your billing address, so please make sure that your shipping and billing addresses match during checkout.

We do not take requests for refunds. We do our best to accurately describe all items, so please take the time to fully review our photos and descriptions before making a purchase. If you are unsure of a product's functionality or compatibility, please contact us with your questions prior to bidding, we will be glad to answer all inquiries.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. The only exception is when we ship the incorrect item, and we will credit the customer for return shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for defective replacements.
At XL Team, we fully understand that defects will arise from time to time. Our returns terms are as follows:
- Returns and exchanges are not offered on import items.
- Returns and exchanges are not offered on games. All games sold are brand new and sealed.
- If you receive a different item than what was purchased, please contact us immediately.
- Some of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty. If a defect arises, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
- For defective product received that do not carry a manufacturer's warranty, please contact us within 5 days to obtain an RMA number.
- After the 5 day period has passed, we will not grant any defective return requests.
- Once approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. The package must be insured for the final sales price. Returned merchandise must include the vendor packaging and all contents, and must be be in the same condition as when it was received.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns if insurance is not purchased.
- Upon receipt, we will test the item for functionality and inspect it for physical damage and/or abuse.
- A product of the same functionality will be provided once the return has passed our inspection.
- If the return does not meet any of the above conditions, the product will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's cost.
