This item will ship direct from the manufacturer for FREE to a commercial business address. You can pick up for FREE at a Warehouse. Residential deliveries will be $150 to your door (No inside delivery or uncrating.) Businesses without a loading dock will be subject to a lift-gate fee of $55.00. Can be picked up at a local freight dock to avoid residential charges or lift-gate charges. Can be slid into a pick-up bed off of the freight truck to avoid lift-gate charges. Addresses are researched and billed if out of a business area. Freight companies do not like to drive in a residential area and charge highly to do so. $150.00. They are also very serious about their extra charge fees. [Highway robbery - we know all about it.] Please help us to make this a hassle free delivery.
