Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving the payment (excluding Saturday/Sunday and local and national holidays). Please wait for 3 to 4 days after you make the payment. If you did not receive an "item shipped" email with item tracking number by the end of the 4th day, please CONTACT SELLER and ask for the item status. Make sure you have the item number for the reference.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Box and APO will cost extra, please contact seller and ask for the shipping cost to your address.
Combined shipping: We combine shipping for all of our multiple item orders . If you purchase more than one item from us and pay together as one payment, we will combine shipping if those items can be shipped in one package.
Returned Item Policy (Undeliverable): If UPS (or Postal Service) tried to deliver your item to your delivery address but the customer is not able to receive the item. The shipping cost paid first time is good for one time shipping. If you have placed the order with us and you have to move or going on vacation, please arrange somebody who can receive your package while you are away, or you will have to pay the full shipping cost again even for the item sold as free shipping.
International buyers; Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
