All returned equipment MUST be pre-approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns must be received with 10 days of the RMA number being issued or the RMA is void.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs. Please allow up to (4) business days for our tech team to check out your returned item.

All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.

If the returned product is found NOT DEFECTIVE we will return the original working part to you at your expense for the return shipping costs and you would be responsible for a testing fee of $25.
