SHIPPING - Brew Horizons does not try to make a profit on shipping. Most shipping charges are taken right off the UPS chart and are computed using the items actual weight, rounded up to the nearest whole pound, as apposed to some exaggerated shipping weight. The only exception to this would be items that require special packaging, to prevent damage during shipment, such as glass or liquid yeast.
It is our goal to ship all orders, no later than the third business day after payment clears. If for any reason, we can not do this, you will be contacted with the expected ship date. If this date is unacceptable, you will be offered a full refund at no consequence. Using PayPal Instant Payment will result in the fasted shipping.
