Products will be shipped from our warehouses in USA (USPS Mail) or Hong Kong (Global Express Mail), depending on the stock availability.

When you need to claim the warranty, please notify us by email and further instructions will be emailed to you. Phones with liquid or physical damage are not covered by manufacturer or our DOA warranty.
Please check the frequency your network provider operates on before purchasing the product. Our Tri-Band phones work with 900/1900/1800 MHZ and Quad-bands work with 850/900/1900/1800 MHZ.
All brand new products sold by us are protected against DOA (Defective On Arrival), in which case you can send the product back to us for an exchange. Please keep the phone in perfect cosmetic condition for faster service.
All DOA claims must be notified to seller by e-mail within 3 days after the product is delivered. We will use the arrival time and date shown on courier's website as the product's official arrival time. You will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization ) number and instructions on how to return the product.
This phone is unlocked and will work perfectly for phone calls, in order to use this Phone for Web/ MMS, Data, etc. you need to manually configure your phone. Please contact your service provider and ask them if and how you can configure your phone for those features, We are not responsible for any network dependent features or any firmware related issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product compatibility with their network operator and or service provider.
