By purchasing the item you have agreed to my eBay policy

I only accept Paypal, I will only ship to the address provided by paypal (paypal confirmed address) Please do not email me to change your address.

I always try to ship the same day but some times it might take up to 5 days.

I will test every item before I ship them but please make sure to test the item once you receive it too. You are responsible to inspect and test the item upon arrival and if there is any issue report it to me within 3 days and if the item is defective, not as described, DOA, or etc you can return it for replacement, You will pay to ship it back to me and I will pay to ship the replacement to you. Please understand that you are responsible to inspect the item upon arrival, so if you are taking vacation and … and you won’t be here to get your item on time please do not bid on it. If you report a defect or damaged or not as described after 3 days it will be very hard for me to return the item to my supplier.

I offer Free replacement for defective, DOA, or not as described items, so you need to make sure you are buying the right phone before you purchase it. Please don’t make any excuse if you don’t like the phone to return it for refund. Since if the issue is from my side I take responsibility and replace the item for free.

You are responsible to check with your service provider and do your research before purchasing the item. I don’t know who your service provider is and if the phone is unbranded the MMS and browser and few other features won’t work unless you configure the phone with your service and that is your responsibility

In some areas some service providers are using different frequency band than what they posted so the phone might doesn’t work in that area, so please check before you by the item.

After you get the phone and tested it and there is no defective or any other issue with the item, you have option to purchase Square Trade warranty for up to 2 years for the item and the cost is less than a penny a day. It is up to you to purchase warranty for the item or not. If the item is new that doesn’t mean it comes with factory warranty and if it comes with factory warranty I would say it in my listing other wise it doesn’t come with factory warranty. If you don’t purchase warranty and any thing happens to the item please be fair and do not blame me.

All my phones are unbranded and that means they are not belong to any service provider and you can use them with different sim cards, and since I sell on eBay to any where in the world all the phones are International version.
