This  DVD was purchased from USA Gymnastics.  It contains the 2005-2013 compulsory routines for Level 5-6 .  This DVD is a must for a gymnast who is competing at these levels.My daughter is now a Level 8 gymnast competing optional routines but when she was in the compulsory levels 4, 5 & 6 these were invaluable to her. 

USAG sells the DVD in 2 disc set - one is for levels 1-4, the other is for Levels 5-6.  I am selling each of the DVD's separately . USAG recently updated their graphics in Nov 2007. This DVD is the same DVD with the older graphics version.  Going forward, this will be what the DVD will look like.
