All products are shipped from New York City (zip code / 10036), the shipping and handling fee listed above is applied to the most states in United States; extra fee might apply for the following places: AA (APO/FPO), AE (APO/FPO), AP (APO/FPO), Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands, please contact us for detail before you place a bid if your shipping location is listed above. We also ship to Canada and international countries, please contact us for international shipping fee.
2. Please make sure the Ship-To address you provide during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
Payment :
1. After winning the auction, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. All payments must go through our checkout.
2. Item(s) will be sent out when payment is received and cleared.
3. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, cashier's check and personal check (e-check and personal checks will be held up to 7 business days before shipping).
4. Payments are expected within 2 days after the last winning auction is closed, or you must contact me and make arrangements. Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with eBay upon non-receipt of payment.
5. We start to process and rush your order once checkout is completed with payment.
6. We are required to collect 8.375% sales tax when Ship-To address is in New York State.
Policy for Return / Defective Item :
1. We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 7 days of your purchase via parcel post (USPS).
2. For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
3. Opened software, music, games, movies and plastic cased items are not eligible for returns.
4. All defective items while it is received are directed to manufacture for help, the manufacture would like to solve the issue for you or a replaced item would be sent to you. Buyer shall response for the cost of shipping when defective item is sent back for exchange, refund or service. If an item is found defective and buyer refuse to exchange another item, a case like this will be considered as returned item, restock fee will be applied; and shipping and handling fee are not refundable neither.
5. For product with or without warranty that needs service directly from manufacturers or dealer, you may or may not be offered the free shipping label from manufacturers or dealer, it's totally based on the manufacturer or dealer's customer service's policy, but not ours as a retailer.
6. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
7. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are not refundable, which they include the S&H to ship the item to buyer and ship back to the seller. For free shipping item, if buyer requests to refund by any reason, the total refund amount will be less the actual postage that sent the item to the buyer.
8. A restock fee, 15% of the total price of the item is applied for all return items.
9. Any discrepancies or defects must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item.
10. For any transaction that involves with refund or partial refund, a positive feedback must be given from buyer before the refund is issued.
