What's the catch? The only catch to getting the free terminal is you have to give it back if you cancel your merchant agreement with us. As long as you are processing credit cards through us, the terminal is yours to keep!
What are Mid and Non Qualified Rates? When you key in a credit card instead of swiping it, Visa/MasterCard charge you a higher rate. Depending on what information you get from the customer (i.e. zip code, security code and address) it will either go to a Mid or a Non Qualified rate. The more information the better the rate. There are also certain card types that automatically get downgraded by Visa/MasterCard.
Are their hidden Fees? No. When you successfully bid on our EBay listing you will be sent a link that will give you copies of the complete Merchant Processing Agreement and the Free Terminal Placement Form. All the rates and fees are in black and white, no fine print, no hidden fees.
How long does it take to get my equipment? Once we have a completed application with all the necessary supporting documents it takes 2-5 business days to get your account approved, your file built, terminal downloaded and shipped. Free ground shipping usually takes 4-10 business days or you can have the terminal sent 2nd Day Air for $9.95 or Overnighted for an additional $19.95. (Once an application is submitted to underwriting, method of shipping cannot be changed).
How come your rates are so much lower than everyone else? We process your transaction directly with the Member Bank. There is no middle man taking a piece of the pie, that way you get the best rates Visa/MasterCard has to offer.
Does it take AMEX and Discover? Yes, the terminal will accept all forms of payment, Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover.

To set up a new merchant account we will need information about your company such as owner's information and proof of business. Complete the forms we send you completely and fax them back to us with the required documents. You must include a copy of the business license/tax ID permit, previous merchant service statements (if applicable) and a copy of a voided check (wherever you want the cc proceeds deposited).
Your terminal will be live once it is shipped to you and copies of the paperwork will be included in the package with your purchase.
Merchant accounts, available only to US businesses/owners: We are unable to provide merchant accounts to certain types of businesses. Please email us with any questions you have regarding your business and its eligibility.
Payment Methods. All payments must be received within 3 business days from the end of the auction. Any auction not paid for within 3 business days will be canceled and re-listed and the appropriate feedback will be left. We accept all forms of payment.
Shipping Terms. FREE Shipping to ALL 50 States. 2nd Day Air or Overnight delivery are available upon request but must be requested upon submission of application. 2nd Day Air is $9.95 and Overnight delivery is $19.95 (Shipping method cannot be changed once application documents have been submitted to underwriting).
Warranty Policy. During the warranty period, should any equipment you purchased from us fail, we will replace the equipment at no charge. Call the technical support department for all warranty issues. We will pay for the cost of overnight shipping of any replacement equipment required up to twice a year. Equipment that has been dropped, abused, or damaged by fire, water, lightning, or other acts of GOD, maybe excluded from this warranty.

Return Policy.
