RETURN POLICY

Please call 1-877-551-6626 for a Return Authorization within 7 days from delivery date.
Shipping and handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
All returned merchandise must be in the original undamaged packaging. We DO NOT accept any product that is returned incomplete or in less than brand new condition.
For all products returned in accordance to this policy we apply a minimum restocking fee of 15%. No refunds on auction items.

FEEDBACK

Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless advertised different). The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repairs or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. We will also gladly exchange defective products within 7 days of delivery date. After this period you need to use the manufactory warranty.
