New Equipment Procedures:
When new equipment arrives from the manufacturer it is uncrated and checked for scratches and dings all over its exterior and interior. The changer and validator are then installed, customer's prices programmed in and the product labels installed. Afterward, every selection is coin tested and checked. After testing the machine is prepared for shipment/delivery and sent to the customer. | |
Local pick up and delivery:

You may pick up the machine free of charge, but will need to pay GA Sales tax of 7%.

We will locally deliver machines within a 50 mile radius of our area. Locally delivered machines will need to pay 7% GA sales tax. The price for delivering a machine will be $100. Our delivery includes inside delivery and set up. Please be aware that we cannot deliver inside 72” doorways or upstairs. Please email me to find out if we deliver to your location.
US Shipping excluding HI and AK
Your machine will be shipped using one of the many freight companies we use daily. We will ship your machine through the company who has the cheapest freight price to your location. We get a 68% shipping discount and only charge you the exact shipping amount. We do not make any money off of shipping. All machines sent from our location are insured and include a tracking number.
To find out how much shipping is to your location please email me your zip code AND if the machine is being sent to one of the following locations:
1. Business with a loading dock or fork lift
2. Business that needs a lift gate truck
3. Residence (includes schools, churches, storage units, and hotels)
4. Pick the machine up at your local freight dock
Additional freight services that can be purchased:
Inside delivery: Your machine will be delivered inside your location and left on the pallet. Inside delivery does not include set up or unwrapping of the machine. Please note that machines cannot be moved upstairs, in elevators, through standard 72” doorways, or inside residential locations.
Call before delivery: The freight company will call you prior to delivering the machine.
Machines being shipped are securely wrapped for shipment. We take the extra time to place our machines on a pallet, wrap them in cardboard, and then wrap them in plastic.
We have had very few shipping damages, but our freight companies would like us to state that once a machine arrives at your location MAKE SURE to unwrap the machine and check for shipping damages WHILE THE DRIVER IS STILL THERE. It is the driver’s job to wait while the machine is unwrapped. If there are freight damages please report it to the driver! We are not responsible for freight damages after the driver leaves your location.

International HI and AK shipping:
We do not have a shipping company that delivers internationally or to HI and AK. These customers are in charge of finding a shipping company to deliver the machine to their area. Payment for shipping must be made to the shipping company. Customers in these areas please make sure you email me before purchasing a machine! Please be aware that these machines only accept American currency. If a different validator and changer is needed to accept other countries currencies please email me to make sure we have your validator in stock!
