SHIPPING- I am always willing to combine shipping on multiple orders. Certain items will require insurance as stated.  When given the choice and you opt for Parcel Post, please note that I am located in California, the far end of the west coast.  Due to distance and weather conditions, it may take up to 14 working days for USPS Parcel Post (truck delivery.)  This is not my fault, as stated; I ALWAYS ship my packages within 48 business hours – my guarantee.  Please ask me any shipment questions prior to bidding.

INSURANCE:  Please note we give you the option of adding insurance, as we will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

IF you think my shipping rates are too high, as I primarily use Priority Mail, either ask me if I will ship your item Parcel Post, or please do not purchase from me. 

If you find my rates are too high, as I do include an earnest “handling fee” which is usually $1.00 as I pay for bubble wrap, envelopes, boxes and such, then I ask that you do not bid or purchase my products.

RETURNS- We try to describe our products as accurately and honestly as possible.  Although, we are not professional and just as human as everyone else and do make errors.  Or, it may just be that the item is not what you had expected, we totally understand how shopping online can be as I myself am an online shopper. Effective immediately, we do now uphold a 7-day return policy. You do not have to provide an explanation, but you must return the EXACT item you purchased.  However, Shipping is only refunded when the error was made by us….

Please be aware that we keep a catalog of every item we sell and the condition it was shipped, if you return an item that IS NOT OURS – WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU and return shipment shall be at your expense!

OUR MERCHANDISE- Again, we try to describe our items as accurately as possible.  Many of our items are obtained from Estate Sales, Consignments and private sales; therefore, we have no history or details, only that which was listed on their tag.  We are not professionals and can only describe what we see and try to provide you with pictures that accurately show you our items. 

We encourage you to ask questions before bidding and request further pictures.  In the end, we hope you are thoroughly pleased with your product.
