Return Policy:

My supplier will accept a return for a damaged or defective item within the first 30 days of the purchase.

If they still have more of the item in stock, you can choose from a replacement, or a refund being sent.

Refunds will be sent back to your paypal account once the item is received back to the warehouse.  A return tracking number is helpful to speed up the refund process.

The most effective way to deal with manufacturer's defects is to call the manufactuer directly.

We check email every business day. The "contact seller" link is generally the quickest and most effective way to contact us. 

If you do not receive a response to your question within 48 hours, it's possible we have not gotten your email and you should try resending it.  You may also want to check your "junk mail" folder since sometimes they get there by accident.

Phone calls will only be answered 8am-4pm MST Monday through Friday (Holidays are an exception).

Tracking information is sent to your Paypal email address once I receive it from the shipper. 

You will also receive ebay's automated messages when payment is received and when your item ships.  These emails go to your ebay email account.
