The Expert II is a large fountain pen, slightly longer and wider than the Hemisphere model.

 

The cap posts with the same positive click it does when capped; nice touch!

 

The section is a little wider (good girth)

 

And a little heavier (good heft)

 

Even the clip is a tad wider (classy)

 

This pen has a nice presence in the hand; good for contemplation
