• All items can be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days unless specified in the above item description, shipping charge is non-refundable, all returns must be unopened and in its orginal condition.
• Due to Volatile market, all returns are subjected to 25% restocking fee unless agreed upon return the item.
• We only cover return shipping cost (no more than the original paid shipping amount) for returns due to incorrect shipment or listing errors. Defective must be shipped back to us or manufacturer on buyer's cost.
• Returns from U.S.A. must indicate the returned product as a defective return and declare product value on the customs form ($5 value) otherwise we may refuse the return due to customs and brokerage fees.

Shipping & Pickup Polciy:

• Available for shipping only. No local pickup.

We will ship Canada domestic orders within 4 business days (within 7 business days for International orders) from the time your payment was cleared . The order processing timeframe is in addition to the shipping method timeframe you selected. Tracking number will be issued to your email address(your paypal payment email address if you pay with paypal) once the shipment is processed (except order shipped by regular mail).
