This is a BRAND NEW WHITE colored Battenberg lace Parasol. (The picture is the Ecru one, but the one on this auction is WHITE)  It is truly beautiful with the lace trimming and a little bit of embroidery to make it even more special. The handle is a staight handle in a natural wood color that is finished with a laquer or varnish. This would look lovely on the stage or for historical reenactment. It would be perfect for plays such as Meet Me in StLouis, Hello Dolly, My Fair Lady and many, many others. It would be perfect with a Civil War Reenactment dress or an Old West Victorian Traveling outfit. All the real ladies in the old west had at least one parasol!
