If we do have the shoes, we will begin an auction for them. 2. I bid by mistake, how do I retract my bid? If there are more than 12 hours left in the auction, eBay will allow you to retract your bid. The bid retraction form can be found here: http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RetractBidShow. If there is less than 12 hours left unfortunately you cannot retract your bid. 3. Return policy We accept returns on unworn shoes in original condition. Send the shoes back to: 1-2 Shoe P.O. Box 281 Hurley, WI 54534. Please enclose a short note with your name, the item number, and state that you are returning them. The shoes and shoebox must be in original resalable condition so please mail in an outer box or use wrapping paper. If you mail the shoes in the box without outer wrap, they are not in original condition and you will not receive a full refund. Your PayPal account will be refunded (less shipping) within three business days of our receiving the shoes. 4. Exchanges We are happy to do exchanges (as long as we have the shoes you need in stock)! Please send the shoes back to: 1-2 Shoe P.O. Box 281 Hurley, WI 54534. Enclose a short note with your name, the item number, and the shoes that you would like in exchange. The only cost to you is shipping. You can pay our PayPal account at one- 2shoe@comcast.net, or tuck a money order in the box. The shoes and shoebox need to be in original condition, so please mail in an outer box or use wrapping paper. We have reserved the other pair of shoes for you, and we will mail them as soon as we receive the returned pair. 5. Shipping to Continental US Our shipping prices vary depending on the weight of the shoes or boots. Generally, our shipping is $9.95 for the first pair and $5.95 for each additional pair via UPS Ground. Shipping for heavier and bulkier items can be up to $12.95 for the first pair and $5.95 each additional pair. We ship through USPS Priority to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and APO addresses, which is $14.00 for the first item and $5.95 for each additional item. Please let us know when you are done shopping, so we may send a combined invoice to include the shipping discount. 6. Shipping to Canada Shipping to Canada is $19.00 USD and $9.50 USD for each additional pair via UPS Standard to Canada. Please let us know when you are done shopping, so we may send a combined invoice to include the shipping discount. 7. Other International Shipping We use UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping to international destinations, which is $42.00 USD for the first item and $21.00 USD for each additional item. Please let us know when you are done shopping, so we may send a combined invoice to include the shipping discount. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers based on cost (we will not ask for additional funds for carrier changes). There may be customs or duty fees incurred for receiving an international package. You are responsible for any fees incurred, so please research prior to bidding. Please see below for shipping fees. Insurance is included in your international shipping fees. 8. "Can you mark the package as a gift, or declare a lower value?" Unfortunately, we are unable to mark packages as gifts or declare a lower value, as that could cause problems for us with customs. We do only claim the amount that was paid for the item, and not the shipping. 9. "How long will this take to ship?" (Continental U.S.) We strive to ship within two business days of receiving payment. If you pay on a Friday afternoon your package will go out on Monday. We cannot ship on holidays when UPS and USPS are closed. If you choose the standard shipping through UPS ground, it usually takes about 5-7 business days for delivery. We do also offer USPS priority mail, and 2- and 3-day shipping options. There should be a price list at the bottom of the listing -- if you have any questions about shipping, please let us know! 10. Payment options: PayPal is the fastest and safest way to pay. If you do not include this note we will have no way to match your payment with your shoe order, so be sure to include it. We do not accept personal checks. 11. Error in listing/shipment We strive for 100% accuracy, but mistakes do happen. Please email us at one-2shoe@comcast.net if we have made a mistake in our listings and/or our shipment to you, so we can fix the error.
