With a Poem on the front that Reads A little Seed For me to sow A little Earth to make it Grow A little hole, a little pat A little Wish and that is that A little Sun and Little Shower A little while...... And then a Flower !! " Unknown Author " I have added Flower presses to my collection of Seeds, Plant/Markers, Suet Logs, Hanging Birdfeeders and Other Nature-related items for you to Enjoy. I worked very hard to make these attractive with Lightly Sanded Wood Treated with Minwax Rub on Poly to Protect the Wood and preserve it to a Natural Finish. Each Flower press comes with two Pieces of Oak Veneer PlyWood for Strength and Appearance Each Wood Board is Approx., ¼ inch thick, 9 inches Long by 6 inches Tall with somewhat sanded rounded edges for a smooth touch! Each Press comes with two Pretty Colored very STRONG but Lightweight Polypropylene Straps approx., 24 inches Long by ¾ inch Thick The Straps are used to pull tight to press the flowers you want to dry. Straps are made of high quality material with thick plastic buckles. I like the straps alot better than the screw kinds cause they last longer. This particular Flower Press comes with ** Yellow ** Straps I have other Auctions with Colored Straps of PINK, Green, Yellow, Red, Purple and Teal Blue/Green and they have different Poems or sayings on them. So make sure you check out my other Auctions. You will have 5 sections to Press Flowers Each Section has two White Sheets inside of two Pieces of Cardboard.That is where you place the flowers you pick from your Gardens that you want to press. Plus you will receive about 6 extra sheets to use when the others ones need to be replaced. You can press ALOT of Flowers with what you have for a long time. And Recycling is good for Pressing Flowers cause you can actually Use Newspapers, Cardboard Boxes cut to size or Thick posterboard to Press the flowers inside. Some People have used Wax Paper too! Along with the kit will be included an Instruction Booklet to help you get started. I truly Hope that you Like The Flower Press that I have taken the time to Make for you or your Loved Ones. When I was in my mid 30’s I received a Flower Press as a Gift and during ALL my Many moves ~~~ I managed to Keep it and cherished it. I Still have the same Flower Press and I made one just like it for you! And Guess What!!! I liked this Flower Press so much~~~ that I decided to make Flower Presses exactly like the One I have cause it lasted Sooo Long!!! Straps and all.. All you do is lay the flowers inside two sheets and pull the straps tight in the flower press. Wait till they are dry! Memories can be kept for a long long time! Decoupage them onto pocketbooks, inside books, glass material, plastic or any wood design can be created with the flowers that you pressed.
