INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS
Shipping for international bidders will be determined at auction close, and will be at actual rates. All items will be insured for the winning bid price, and this will be included in the shipping quote.

Payments can be made by direct bank transfer (SWIFT or ABA number). Paypal is also OK as long as your account is verified, and we must ship to your confirmed address. Other money transfer methods are available, so please contact us for details. Winning international bidders will be responsible for all customs, duties and fees required in your country. We are registered as commercial shippers, so customs regulations do not allow us to declare items as a gift.

Since its introduction in 1997 the Qbox has become one of Whirlwind's most successful "Black Boxes" ever. Now, we've added the features that have been most requested by Qbox users over the years:

A quieter headphone amplifier section for improved listening quality.

A handy MONITOR switch that allows the user to listen to a balanced signal or to separate unbalanced signals on pins 2 or 3 (referenced to pin 1), such as a two-channel intercom.

A switch that unconnects the two XLRs from each other so tone can be sent out of one while you listen to what's coming back on the other. Or connect the XLRs together and "loop-through" or daisy-chain units.
The Qbox is the all-in-one audio line tester ideal for applications such as live sound, maintenance, installation work - anywhere audio runs down a cable. The Qbox includes a microphone, a speaker, a test tone generator, outputs for standard headphones, a 1/4" jack for line-in or a 2k Ohm (telephone) earpiece out, plus voltage presence LEDs for confirming phantom or intercom power. A handy clip attaches the Qbox to your belt or equipment rack.
For an instant hands-free intercom, simply plug in headphones and hook up one Qbox on each end of a line.

Use it to monitor a standard 3-wire intercom feed or talkback from the main audio console. The Qbox can quick-check dynamic mics without firing up the entire system. It provides a handy mic or line-level tone for activating a signal path or identifying a specific cable in a pile of cable ends. Powered by a single standard 9V alkaline battery and housed in rugged ABS, the Qbox is light yet able to withstand the wear and tear of fieldwork.

The SOURCE section of the Qbox lets you send a tone or the signal from the built-in condenser mic at mic or line levels.

We want you to completely satisfied with every purchase you make here at proaudiomart.com. If within the first 30 days after your purchase you are unhappy with your items you can return them for a refund, exchange, or a merchandise credit towards the purchase of a different item of your choice. Merchandise credits towards the purchase of an item of equal or greater value will be for the purchase price less any shipping cost and this includes any "free freight" or shipping included offers.

Refunds will be for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee to cover transaction costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, this includes free shipping and shipping included offers. Bank card refunds will only be issued as a credit on the card originally used for the transaction. Internal earphones and microphones are subject to special return conditions listed below. Installed speaker drivers and installed turntable cartridges are non-refundable unless defective.

International Customs
Customs clearance fees and any taxes or duties paid are charged by the customs authority in each respective country, so we are not able to refund any of these costs.

Return Authorizations
A return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of purchase to qualify, and the item must be shipped within 3 business days of the authorization. Just email us the tracking/confirmation number (returns@proaudiomart.com) along with the return authorization number to validate the return. You are responsible for the safe return of your item, so please ship the item prepaid, properly packaged, insured and with a tracking or confirmation number. COD’s shipments will be rejected. 

Return Condition
Items must be returned in “new” condition with no wear, damage or abuse and come complete with intact original packaging materials, warranty card, accessories and documentation. Merchandise returned damaged or incomplete will be subject to rejection, or an additional 15% restocking fee. Items that have been registered for warranty or with redeemed rebates are non-refundable. 

Internal Earphone Return Policy (Shure “E” series, Etymotic)
Due to the personal nature of internal earphone products, a bit of extra care is involved to make them suitable for resale, so the following exceptions apply to internal earphone returns:

$3.00 fee for sanitizing
$2.00 per pair charge for used foam inserts (cannot be sanitized, must be discarded)
$2.00 per pair charge for damaged inserts

Other than the above exceptions, internal earphones are subject to the same 30 day “Satisfaction Guaranteed” and Return Authorization policies listed above
