I just got in a huge amount of dollhouse furniture

These pieces were stored away for years in a warehouse. As I was opening some of the boxes I noticed that the hardware (knobs, draw pulls, etc) and legs have come off some of the pieces because the glue was old. All the pieces I am listing have their hardware attached but be aware that during shipping a piece might come unglued and you would just need to put a drop of glue to hold it in place.

This is a white wood ladder back chair with a weaved seat.

It is by Concord Miniatures.

It measures 4 1/8" tall, 1 7/8" across and 1 1/2" deep.

It is NEW and has never been used.

It is from a smoke free home.

PLEASE READ the following - there's some important stuff you need to know:

Payment must be received within 10 days of end of auction.

I can usually only combine shipping if the auctions end the same week.

I generally don't ship internationally but I'm willing to make exceptions. International bidders please e-mail me before bidding.

Paypal or money order accepted. If paying with a Paypal echeck item held until check clears.

Buyer pays $6.30 for Priority shipping/handling.

Shipping will be combined when appropriate: when packing together will not potentially cause damage or will not require a larger box (new post office rates greatly affect postage cost on boxes over 1 cubic foot).

Insurance is optional for items under $100 but required on items $100 or more.

I cannot be responsible for the delivery of your item if you choose not to insure it!

I will e-mail the winning bidder an invoice at the end of the auction. Since I have so many auctions going on every day, this will be the only e-mail that you will receive regarding your item (sorry, I just don't have the time!).

I ship virtually every weekday. If you pay with an instant payment through PayPal, your item will usually be shipped the following weekday, but remember I hold e-checks until cleared.

If you have questions before the end of any auction I will try my best to find time to answer them.
