Shipping Time: Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Frequently, your shipment will go out the day after your payment is received, but will always be processed within 2 business days.

Combined Shipping Note: If you are bidding on another Rover Store and/or a Rover Store Home auction, and would like to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must wait until all auctions have ended to check out. Please do not, however, wait more than 14 days to pay for any order, as this will result in your order being canceled and your item being relisted.

Combined Shipping Discount: - 2 items - highest shipping cost + 50% shipping discount for the second item; - 3 items or more - 50% shipping discount for the entire order.

Returns: We want you to love every item you buy from Rover Store and are happy to accept returns on any unworn items for up to 30 days. We have been selling online since 2002, and your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. To return a purchase, simply visit our online return form to send the item back to us. Merchandise credits (no restocking fee) or cash refunds (less a 15% restocking fee) will be issued for all returns.
