Notes:	Fields in every page of the customizable report can be modified. *The report cover template is in MS Word format. **The pre-inspection agreement is a one page two-sided document in Microsoft Word format.

Most Home Inspection Reports must be purchased preprinted and typically cost from $5 - $20 for each report. Preprinted reports often must be purchased in large quantities to be able to get the lower pricing. And, even if they are customized with your company name, your name only appears on the cover or the first page. With the powerful Legacy 8 report you print only the quantity you need and every page has your company name at the top.	You can use standard paper in your printer with our system unlike other computer based reporting systems which require you to use their preprinted forms with their software. With our report you can use plain paper or if you prefer you can use two or three part carbonless paper to print your forms for field use. Two and three part carbonless paper is available at most commercial paper supply houses.	The MSI Home Inspection System was developed, and is distributed, by Management Science Institute, one of the most respected names in the construction education industry. The system's author, George P. Wells, is a home inspector, fire investigator, a licensed master electrician, a State of Ohio licensed contractor, holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree in business administration. He is also a certified instructor for seven skilled trades.

Double click on a checkbox and a check mark will appear in the box. Right click on a check box and an "X" will appear in the box. To clear a check mark or X mark from a checkbox, either double click on it or right click on it and mark will be removed.

Double click on a photo box to bring up a "browse" window. Double click on the photo file and it will automatically be inserted, sized and aligned for you.

Click on a button located at the bottom of each and insert a black arrow, red arrow, or red circle on your photo to highlight defects. The entire process to insert a photo, and place all three elements (a red arrow, a black arrow, and a red circle) on it can be accomplished in a mere 10 seconds!
